Finishing
Light deburring ; Recommended Operating Speeds: ; Generally, low speeds are recommended for generating very uniform satin finishes, finishing aluminum alloys without lubricants and woodworking applications. Higher speeds are recommended when removing imperfections prior to buffing. High belt speed will result in faster cut along with finer finishes.; Typical Applications
Removing surface defects
Removing light edge burrs, parting lines or flashing
Removing rust, oxides, corrosion, paints and scale
Cleaning molds
Blending mill marks, tool marks, uneven edges and coated abrasive finish ; Features & benefits
Discs and belts perform well under a wide range of applications: from removing engine gaskets and deburring of aluminum and steel, to finishing nickel alloy turbine blades |
